About the Event
Everyone's life is full of interesting and wonderful adventures that taught some valuable lessons. Some we'd rather not have gone through, yet still, they shaped who we are today. What would you tell yourself then, based on what you have learned since? Do you know what you'd tell yourself but don't know how to structure it? Have you got no idea where to start? Does starting the journey of self-reflection feel like a daunting task?
Writing can be very therapeutic and undertaking this task alone can also make the journey that much more difficult.
Join like-minded women in this 90-minute workshop designed to help you start that process in a welcoming and safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings and to start you on the journey of getting your thoughts onto paper or screen. The workshop will be run by experienced facilitators. All are trained Coaches with therapeutic backgrounds in Mental Health, CBT, and NLP. They are also established publishers in journals, articles, and books.
For those who would like to, there is a further opportunity to collaborate with the organisers as a part of a book project called 'Letters To My Younger Self.' For anyone who thinks they could have something to share with another woman, older or younger, that could provide for the reader insights into their own life, they will be invited to make submissions.
