REFUND POLICY

 

We hope you're pleased with your purchase from EIV Publishing, but we understand there are occasions when you may change your mind. 

 

If our books or products have not been in your possession for more than 10 days then we are happy to refund or exchange, provided books are returned undamaged and as sold, using the original packaging.  If it is not possible to use the original packaging, please ensure that books are sufficiently packaged and cushioned to provide protection, so that they arrive with us in good condition. 

If you require a refund for a service you have purchased from us, we are happy to provide a partial refund to the value of the remaining length of the service being provided up to 10 days after purchase.

 

You are expected to pay return carriage costs and, for the return of high value goods, we recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
